AutoTek is proud to have ASE certified technicians on hand to provide our clients with the highest degree of skill and quality available. To earn this certification, technicians must take one of ASE’s over 40 exams. All exams are grouped into specific automobile categories, such as medium/heavy trucks, truck equipment, school buses, collision repair, engine machining, alternate fuel, parts, and auto service. 

Once a technician has passed their exam(s), they still must submit proof of at least two years of related work experience. Only then is a certification granted. However, this status is not designated for life. Technicians have to be retested every five years to maintain their certification.
